Dr. Joel C. Small is a retired clinical endodontist, board certified executive leadership coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and the author of “Face to Face: A Leadership Guide for Healthcare Professionals and Entrepreneurs.”
He received his dental degree and completed his residency in endodontics at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas. He received his MBA, with an emphasis in healthcare management, from Texas Tech University. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management post-graduate program in executive coaching. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the designation of professional certified coach (PCC).
Dr. Small cofounded Line of Sight Coaching, LLC. He is a certified team coaching facilitator as well as being certified in brain based coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute. He specializes in coaching clinical healthcare professionals and their teams by facilitating their growth as leaders and peak performing organizations. He has published articles on leadership, culture development, and peak performance in numerous journals and speaks nationally on these subjects.
