At MedAssent DDS, we're on a mission to end smile denial. We’re pioneering a future where everyone -- both patient and dentist alike -- embraces their right to smile.
Of course, when patients receive suboptimal care, they are denied their right to smile. And when dentists don't have the right resources and tools to practice safely and efficiently, they too are robbed of their right to smile.
The first major problem that our founding team of practicing dentists, pharmacists, and clinicians identified was that too often, dentists play roulette when reviewing a patient’s medications because there aren’t any good tools out there - handbooks take too long, Dr. Google is unreliable, and phone tag with the doctor or pharmacist can take hours. Choosing time over safety puts patients’ lives at risk and opens dentists up to lawsuits up to millions of dollars.
Our Digital Drug Handbook gives dentists exactly what they need to know about their patient’s meds, 10X faster than “Googling it.” We are the first and only comprehensive drug information resource made for dentists, by dentists. We are also the first to integrate both with dentists' practice management solutions and patient electronic medical records, giving dentists exclusive access to a boon of crucial health information. Overall, we take the pain out of dental medication management, helping you save time, minimize liability, and boost both patient safety and your bottom line.
