Current evidence shows that AI has the capacity to aid clinicians with the diagnosis and treatment planning in the field of endodontics. In addition, Large Language Models (LLM) and AI chatbots have revolutionized digital communication, presenting opportunities to enhance personalized interactions and knowledge dissemination for the public. The validity of endodontic information provided by AI chatbots to the public is a topic worth of exploration.
The first phase of this presentation focuses on the current status of research on the use of AI in the field of endodontics. The second phase is focused on the validity and reliability of AI chatbots as sources of information for the public.
