The lecture will present a logical series of evidence based researches that support the clinical relevance of this technique, highlighted by clinical case evidences. Studies on the fluid dynamics of fluids will explain how to modify the concept of shaping for cleaning in minimal shaping for an effective cleansing and decontamination. High resolution videos will greatly help in understanding how to optimize the cleansing and disinfecting phases while maintaining minimal preparation of the canals
