Dr. Hieawy is a double alumnus of the University of British Columbia, with DMD and M.Sc./Dip in Endodontics. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in this field. He serves as full-time Associate Professor / Director of DMD Endodontics and a member of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the same University. Furthermore, he also serves as a Staff Endodontist at Vancouver General Hospital and BC Children's Hospital, providing specialized endodontic treatment for medically compromised patients and emergency dental trauma care.
