Sharaschandra Reddy Govindool, M.D.S., Ph.D., M.Sc.

Dr. Govindool is currently the Clinical Assistant Professor at the endodontic department of the University at Buffalo, NY, USA. Dr. Govindool earned his BDS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, he has a Masters in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Saveetha University, Chennai. He worked at the Endodontic Department at the Vydehi Institute of Dental Science and Research Center, Bangalore as an Associate Professor, while pursuing his Masters in Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He has a Doctoral degree from The University of Hong Kong and has completed his Endodontic Residency from the University at Buffalo.
His research interests include antimicrobial photodynamic therapy, lasers in dentistry, instrumentation, and learning methods.
