Dr. Damian Slaczka is currently a 3rd year Endodontic Resident at UNC-Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry. He went to East Carolina University where he earned his BS in Industrial Engineering graduating Summa Cum Laude. After being in the engineering field for six years, his focused shifted to dentistry. He earned his DDS from UNC in 2020 with recognizable honors: James Harrell Sr. Award for Citizenship, J. Bradley Wilson Schweitzer Fellow, Spurgeon class award, AAE Student Achievement award, and served a senator term for the graduate and professional student federation. He served as chief resident during his Endodontic residency and plans to pursue a private practice position alongside an academic focus on endodontic education.
