Endodontic Resident

Dr. Vo grew up in Hoover, AL and received his BS in Information Technology from the US Naval Academy in 2011. Prior to attending dental school at UAB, he served as a US Naval Officer onboard USS Pennsylvania (an Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine), qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineer, received a MS in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and became an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia. He received his DMD from UAB in 2023. His current research involves studying the discoloration potential of a novel topical endodontic antimicrobial agent. In his limited spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Angeles, and his two children, Olivia and Avery.
