Dr. Solanki received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2017 from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. He completed his certificates for a preceptorship in Hospital Dentistry/GPR program and his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency 2018-19 at UCLA School of Dentistry, California. He graduated from the Advanced Standing DMD program at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2021. His passion and interest in academia and research made him go back as a full-time faculty. He was involved in treating the underserved population in North Philadelphia with a particular interest in the management of medically complex patients. He is involved in the Smart Biomaterials Research Lab where his research is focused on smart dental biomaterials. He has previously represented American Student Dental Association (ASDA) District 3.
Dr. Solanki was recently awarded the “30 Under 30”award for Temple University for his commitment towards clinical excellence and continued research in the dental biomaterials field. Dr. Solanki is currently an Endodontic resident at Temple dental, a proud Temple Owl and is committed to teaching students, doing collaborative research, and providing dental services to his patients.
