In 1969, Dr. Milton Siskin, Sr., a distinguished endodontist and professor at the University of Tennessee Dental School, encountered difficulties in obtaining silver points for his practice. To address this issue, he took matters into his own hands, purchasing the necessary equipment to manufacture silver points and distributing them to his former students and colleagues. This endeavor gradually evolved, leading to the establishment of Endoco, an endodontic supply company. With the involvement of his son, Greg, the company expanded its offerings, eventually transitioning into a full line dental supply company. In 2007, the company rebranded as Ultimate Dental to reflect its broadened product range.
